In order to assist you, the following are the most frequently asked questions. For any other request, please write to us.
 

 

Online payment
You select the method of payment which suits you best: Credit card or cheque.
For credit card payment, we are connected to the best known and used secure payment system, the SSL standard. Your credit card number will not be stored for safety reasons. You should therefore enter it at each order.
You can also settle your order by cheque. In this case, your order will only be prepared and shipped after receipt of your settlement.

 

Secure payment
To settle your order, you can select credit card secure payment. We are connected to the best known and used secure payment system, the SSL standard.
We invite you to enter the number of your card, its expiry date, and the cryptogram (the 3 figure code which is to be found on the back of your credit card. This information is forwarded directly to our bank which will verify the validity of data to avoid fraud. Your credit card number will not be stored for safety reasons. You should therefore enter it at each order.

 

Gift order
- Add the items that you wish to give to the order cart. Use your Privilege code if you have one and validate your cart.
- In "Delivery", select the shipping method and click on "Other address", then enter the address of the recipient of the gift.
- Select a means of payment to complete your order

 

Gift Card
Gift cards can be used for any purchase on the Boutique-saint-james.fr and Boutique-saint-james.com sites for an amount of between 1 and 500 Euros Tax included.
Gift cards can be purchased at any time on our site by visiting the page: offer a gift card. Payment only by credit card.
Should you receive a gift card you can add to your order cart the items you wish to receive and use your loyalty code to validate your cart. Any possible balance will be recorded to your customer account for your next order.

 

Order follow up
You will receive a confirmation by E-mail upon registration of your order. You are able to know at any time the processing status of your order by consulting your account.
You are informed of the dispatch of a package by E-mail.
If items are unavailable, the customer will be informed by E-mail and will be able to cancel the order.

 

Delivery in Metropolitan France
Packages bound for Metropolitan France are forwarded by the express mode of Colissimo tracking.
 
Shipping expenses:
For an order amount less than 200,00 EUR : 8,00 EUR.
For an order amount of more than or equal to 200,00 EUR : shipping is free of charge.

 

Delivery to Switzerland
Packages bound to Switzerland are shipped by Colissimo Expert International.
 
Shipping expenses :
For an order amount less than 200,00 EUR : 20,00 EUR.
For an order amount of more than or equal to 200,00 EUR : 12,00 EUR.

 

Delivery to Spain, Denmark, Norway and Austria
Packages bound to Europe are shipped by Colissimo Expert International.
 
Shipping expenses : 20,00 EUR.

 

Delivery to Australia
Packages bound to Australia are shipped by Colissimo Expert International.
 
Shipping expenses : 30,00 EUR.

 

Delivery to other countries
For any other destination, please contact us.

 

Duty exemption
For deliveries outside the European Community a duty exemption slip will be attached to the dispatch of the goods for all order of more than 175 EUR Taxes included.

 

The guarantee of my purchases
You have a period of 7 days to return to us all or part of your order. In accordance with your request an exchange, or reimbursement, will be made providing that the item has not been worn and is returned with its labels and in its original packaging. Shipping expenses of the item(s) are for the customer’s account. They are reimbursed in the event of the return of defective or incomplete item(s).

 

After-sales
- You have a period of 7 days to return to us all or part of your order. In accordance with your request an exchange or reimbursement will be made providing that the item has not been worn and is returned with its labels and in its original packaging. Shipping expenses of the item(s) remain for the customer’s account.
- Should you receive a defective or incomplete item you must return it to us within 7 days. Shipping expenses will be reimbursed to you after receipt of justification documents.
